At Solarvac Energy, we prioritise secure, transparent, and efficient payment processes. This Payment Policy outlines our accepted methods of payment, verification procedures, and security practices for transactions made on our website or via direct business correspondence.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and direct bank deposits from all major South African banks, including:

  • FNB

  • Standard Bank

  • Nedbank

  • Capitec

  • Investec

  • TymeBank

Full banking details will be provided upon order confirmation or invoice issuance.

Payment Timing

  • Orders will only be processed upon receipt and confirmation of full payment.

  • If you are transferring from a different bank, please select “immediate payment” to avoid delays.

  • Payment is due within 48 hours of order placement. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your order may be automatically cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made.

Proof of Payment

After completing your payment, please send proof of payment to:

Include:

  • Your Order Number or Invoice Number

  • Your full name or business name

  • The exact amount paid

Payment Security

  • Solarvac Energy does not store any sensitive banking or card information.

  • All payments are processed externally via your banking institution or trusted payment gateway.

  • We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal and payment data in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Corporate & Bulk Orders

For business-to-business transactions or bulk purchases, customised invoicing and payment terms may be arranged. Please contact our accounts department to discuss your specific needs.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed to the original bank account used for payment. Please allow 5 business days for processing once approved.
