1. What types of products does Solarvac Energy supply?
We supply high-quality solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, backup power systems, and complete solar kits for residential, commercial, and industrial use.

2. Which brands do you stock?
We stock trusted brands including Deye, Sunsynk, Victron, Growatt, JA Solar, Canadian Solar, Hubble, and Pylontech, among others.

3. Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes. All our products include manufacturer-backed warranties, ranging from 2 to 25 years depending on the item.

4. Do you offer off-grid or grid-tied systems?
We offer both off-grid and grid-tied solar solutions, as well as hybrid systems that combine the best of both.

5. Can I get a complete solar kit for home or business use?
Yes, we offer custom and pre-designed solar kits tailored to various energy needs — from small households to large businesses.


ORDERS & PAYMENTS

6. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website or request a quotation via email. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT and direct bank transfers from all major South African banks. Full details are provided at checkout or on your invoice.

8. How do I send proof of payment?
Please email your proof of payment to info@solarvacenergy.com with your name and order number as reference.

9. Can I cancel an order?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not yet been dispatched. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

10. Do you offer bulk order pricing?
Yes. For large or recurring purchases, we offer competitive bulk pricing. Please contact our sales team for a customised quote.


DELIVERY & SHIPPING

11. How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 4–5 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur during peak periods or in outlying areas.

12. Do you charge for delivery?
No. We offer free nationwide shipping throughout South Africa via The Courier Guy.

13. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.

14. What happens if my parcel is damaged on arrival?
Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

15. What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, contact us immediately. We’ll follow up with the courier and keep you updated.


INSTALLATION & SUPPORT

16. Does Solarvac Energy provide installation services?
We currently supply products only but can recommend certified installers in your area upon request.

17. Do I need a qualified installer?
Yes. Using a certified solar installer ensures safety, performance, and protects your warranty.

18. Can I get technical support after purchase?
Yes. Our team is available to assist with technical queries, warranty claims, and system guidance.


RETURNS & WARRANTY

19. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns Policy for more info.

20. How do I file a warranty claim?
Email us at info@solarvacenergy.com with your proof of purchase, issue description, and photos. We'll assist you with the claim process.
